Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive video intake assessments to gain insight into clients' symptoms, functioning, and lifestyle habits, allowing for the development of a tailored treatment plan.
  • Create and implement individualized therapeutic programs that seamlessly fit into clients' daily routines, empowering them on their journey to recovery.
  • Provide ongoing support through our digital platform, offering real-time encouragement, psychoeducation, and adjustments to therapy as required.
  • Continuously monitor client progress utilizing engagement data and clinical assessments to refine and enhance care strategies.
  • Recognize and celebrate client milestones while facilitating problem-solving for any obstacles encountered during their treatment process.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation of client interactions and maintenance of clinical records, meeting strict professional and legal standards.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers to guarantee coordinated and comprehensive client care.
  • Participate in regular case reviews, team meetings, and continuing education initiatives to stay updated on best practices and enhance professional skills.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on clients dealing with substance dependence, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. This demographic can present complex and varied needs, requiring you to employ a compassionate and flexible approach. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work is required, along with a current state license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical social work experience is essential, preferably with an LCSW or higher qualification.
  • Proficiency in using telehealth technology and virtual platforms for therapy sessions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are needed to facilitate clear collaboration with clients and team members.
  • Reliability and motivation to exceed expectations and provide outstanding client care.

Preferred Experience
