Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) / Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Position Summary

The Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and/or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides comprehensive behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, consultation, care coordination, and referral services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups. Services are delivered in accordance with North Carolina law, ethical standards, licensing board regulations, evidence-based practices, and organizational policies.

The clinician promotes recovery, resilience, emotional wellness, and improved functioning while maintaining the highest standards of professional practice, confidentiality, and client-centered care.
