Job Summary
Multi Unit Operations Manager

The Multi-Unit Ops Manager will oversee 2 locations. Venice and West Hollywood. You will have a laser focus on performance, team development, and profitability. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in stabilizing and growing the restaurants in your region by strengthening routines, reinforcing standards, and developing your your team into confident, high-performing leaders.

Primary Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence

· Improve Yelp ratings across your stores to consistently reach or exceed 4.5 stars

· Ensure consistent food quality, product availability, and store presentation, cleanliness

· Identify and correct performance gaps through coaching and retraining

Team Development

· Train and mentor GMs with a clear growth path and coaching cadence

· Hold weekly 1-on-1s and maintain active in-store leadership presence

· Build succession plans and leadership pipelines

Business & Financial Results

· Own your stores’ P&Ls, labor targets, and COGS

· Drive profitability through smart, strategic decisions

Facilities & Maintenance

· Implement preventative maintenance routines

· Maintain guest-ready, compliant stores with clean, safe environments

Cross-Department Collaboration

· Collaborate with Marketing on local initiatives to build store traffic

· Provide consistent field feedback to HQ to improve tools and systems

· Work closely with the Training team during NROs, as they are among our strongest operators and will help anchor successful launches

· Participate in New Restaurant Openings (NROs) by training and supporting new hires, implementing operational routines, and ensuring all opening stores uphold Prince St. Pizza standards from day one

Job Requirements:

MUST HAVE MULTI UNIT LEVEL EXPERIENCE OPERATING AT LEAST 2 RESTAURANTS

· 4+ years of experience in the restaurant industry with multi-unit QSR leadership experience

· Multi-unit retail or restaurant operations experience

· Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple priorities

· Strong decision-making capabilities and ability to deliver within tight deadlines
