Job description

Job Overview:

Primoris Services Corporation is currently searching search of an experienced Applications Support Specialist. The Applications Support Specialist is responsible for managing the resolution of application and system issues that arise across the business.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Possess specialist knowledge of various applications and software including but not limited to Vista Viewpoint and PVault.
  • Manage help desk tickets assigned with quick resolution.
  • Set up new users, user maintenance, and user terminations.
  • Assist with systems integrations/conversions.
  • Maintain and update end user documentation and procedures.
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly auditor request as assigned.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of IT experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or IT major/concentration preferred.
  • Experience managing and supporting applications in a Citrix environment.
  • Experience supporting business applications such as PVault and Vista Viewpoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to create organized and informative reports, as well as comprehensive and accurate documentation.
  • Ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight schedules.
  • Experience in construction industry preferred.
  • Experience with SQL database queries.
  • Compensation range is $65 - 72K, dependent on experience.
