This role will involve providing critical mechanical engineering support and oversight for various energy infrastructure projects, ensuring project execution aligns with design specifications, safety standards, and client requirements. Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Perform on-site mechanical engineering analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving during project execution. \* Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and vendor documentation. \* Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with design and industry standards. \* Conduct field inspections, identify potential issues, and recommend corrective actions. \* Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery. \* Prepare detailed field reports, progress updates, and technical documentation. \* Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures for mechanical systems. \* Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies on job sites. \* Participate in pre-construction meetings and provide technical input. \* Support the resolution of mechanical design and construction conflicts. Job Qualifications\*\* \* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution. \* 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering within the energy services or construction industry. \* Proven experience in field-based roles, preferably on large-scale infrastructure projects. \* Strong understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, and their application in energy infrastructure. \* Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications. \* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. \* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in challenging field environments. \* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with all project stakeholders. \* Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus. \* Willingness to travel extensively to various project sites as required. \* Valid driver's license and good driving record.**Company Overview:**Primoris Energy Services is a major direct-hire contractor in the U.S. delivering self-performed turnkey industrial construction and EPC services.
