Prime Systems HVAC is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our growing team. If you have a proven track record in residential/commercial HVAC sales and enjoy helping homeowners find the right comfort solutions, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to assess comfort needs and recommend HVAC solutions.
• Present heating, cooling, indoor air quality, and heat pump options.
• Provide accurate estimates and proposals.
• Educate customers on rebates, financing, and available incentives.
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC service or install experience  (Must be able to accurately identify the condition, operation, and status of existing HVAC systems and possess the technical expertise to diagnose issues and determine labor requirements for repairs, replacements, and upgrades.)
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and air conditioning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust and close sales ethically.
• Experience using CRM software
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
