Prime Liquidation is hiring a full-time Store Operations Manager to help lead and organize our fast-paced liquidation retail store.
We are looking for someone with strong operations experience who can create systems, manage inventory flow, lead a team, and keep the store fully stocked, organized, and running efficiently.
This is not a sit-in-the-office management role. We need someone who can lead from the front, work hands-on with the team, and take ownership of the store’s daily operations.
Responsibilities
As the Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the flow of inventory from the stockroom to the sales floor
- Making sure shelves are constantly full, clean, organized, and fresh-looking
- Creating systems to improve how inventory is received, sorted, stocked, and maintained
- Keeping the stockroom organized and easy to work through
- Leading and supervising the team responsible for stocking, sorting, recovery, and floor organization
- Training employees on proper stocking, organizing, and store standards
- Assigning tasks and making sure work gets completed properly
- Jumping in hands-on when needed to help stock, organize, move merchandise, and fix problem areas
- Communicating clearly with ownership and staff about store needs, inventory issues, and team performance
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and high-energy shopping environment
Requirements
- Operations, retail, warehouse, or management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced physical environment
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, move merchandise, and stay active throughout the day
- Must be available 40 hours per week
- Schedule: 5 days per week
