Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Clinical Site Research Assistant role based in Dunwoody, GA.


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Site Research Assistant to support day-to-day clinical research activities at our site. This is a part-time, on-site position ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in clinical research.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Assist with participant visits, scheduling, and study coordination
  • Obtain and document vital signs and assist with ECGs and other study procedures as trained
  • Maintain accurate study documentation, source records, and regulatory files
  • Assist with data entry into EDC systems and review records for completeness
  • Support participant recruitment, screening, and follow-up
  • Work closely with the Clinical Research Coordinator, Principal Investigator, and other site staff
  • Follow study protocols, GCP, HIPAA, and site procedures



Schedule: Part-time, approximately 15–20 hours per week, on-site.


Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities to interpret findings and support evidence-based conclusions.
  • Research experience, including literature review, data collection, and documentation of methodologies.
  • Effective Communication skills for presenting results, writing summaries, and collaborating with project teams.
  • Laboratory Skills relevant to the specific research domain, including safe handling of materials and adherence to protocols.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner.
  • Proficiency with common productivity and data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, basic statistical tools).
  • Ability to work on-site in Dunwoody, GA, follow established procedures, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Relevant coursework or a degree in Pre-med, Nursing, Public Health or clinical research background is preferred; prior research experience is an advantage.
