Position Overview

Prime Core Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role is essential in providing vital support and therapeutic services to children with disabilities or developmental delays. Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to engage in meaningful interactions from your home while collaborating with a team that shares a unified goal of supporting children in a detox center setting. Despite the virtual nature of this role, you will remain connected with colleagues, drawing upon shared resources and expertise to ensure the highest standard of care is administered. Your day will involve regular virtual meetings and consultations, providing an intuitive workflow for seamless collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand the unique needs of each child.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored specifically for each child and their family.
• Monitor and assess outcomes as a dedicated member of a multidisciplinary team, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure effective support.
• Establish rapport with children and families to foster a trusting and supportive environment conducive to growth and development.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to Natural Learning Environment Practices in developing joint plans and treatment strategies.
• Engage with families, providing them with vital information, resources, and strategies aimed at enhancing their child's developmental milestones.
• Emphasize the importance of coaching and natural environment teaching to support children's learning in everyday contexts.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations to promote the health and safety of all individuals involved.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role specifically focuses on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, delivering individualized support that helps them acquire physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during a crucial period of development. You will work closely with families to provide essential early intervention supports, significantly impacting the lives of these children and their families.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
• Must hold a valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary to facilitate potential on-site evaluations or family visits.
• Strong commitment to adapting approaches based on varied learning styles to address the needs of each child and their unique treatment plan.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with young children, particularly in early intervention settings.
• Exhibit a firm commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated excellence in organization, time management, and communication skills, along with a respectful and collaborative mindset.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing therapeutic services within a detox center or similar environment is highly valued.
• Proficient in utilizing various assessment tools and methodologies relevant to child development.
• A background in developing and implementing intervention plans that support children’s growth and developmental needs is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 80,000 annually. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
