Job Title: Lube & Express Maintenance TechnicianReports to: Shop Foreman and Service Manager

Position OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Lube Technician to join our service team. This is a high-volume environment where speed and accuracy are essential to keeping our inventory and customer vehicles moving. You will be responsible for standard preventative maintenance and must be fully proficient in the safe operation of vehicle lifts to perform inspections and repairs.
Core Responsibilities- Preventative Maintenance: Perform timely oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections.
- Component Replacement: Identify and replace necessary wear items including air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades.
- Technical Proficiency: The ability to safely operate vehicle lifts to perform maintenance and repairs is a critical requirement of this position.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to Ford Motor Company guidelines and utilize Ford software programs for vehicle documentation and service history.
- Shop Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work bay and follow all dealership safety protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements- Lift Operation: Demonstrated experience using automotive lifts safely and effectively.
- Mechanical Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle systems; Ford-specific experience is a major plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to learn and navigate dealership software and Ford service platforms.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment.
- Documentation: Ability to clearly and accurately document all work performed.
- Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
