Mid-Level Litigation Associate (3–5 Years Experience)

Compensation: $260,000–$390,000 base salary plus bonus and full benefits.

Our client, a top-tier Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level litigation associate with 3–5 years of experience to join their high-stakes intellectual property and commercial litigation practice. This is a unique opportunity to work on headline-making disputes involving Fortune 50 companies, leading technology innovators, and life sciences leaders while receiving meaningful responsibility and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle copyright, trademark, and trade secret litigation
• Work on consumer class actions and complex commercial disputes
• Participate in high-impact cases from early strategy through trial
• Collaborate directly with nationally recognized litigators
• Take on meaningful responsibility rather than routine document review

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation experience (strict requirement)
• Background in intellectual property litigation and/or complex commercial disputes
• Experience at a leading corporate or Am Law firm
• Strong academic credentials, such as a top-tier GPA if not from a top law school
• Bar admission or waiver eligibility in the target office state (San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, or Silicon Valley)
• Excellent writing, advocacy, and client-facing skills

Not a Fit If

• You have less than 3 years or more than 5 years of litigation experience
• You lack exposure to IP or complex commercial litigation
• You require visa sponsorship now or in the future
