The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting the administration of Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs. This role provides comprehensive support across multiple HR functions, with a primary focus on hiring, compliance, employee relations, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support hiring activities, including backfill planning and requisition review
• Monitor hiring progress and maintain accuracy within workforce tracking tools
• Collaborate with business leaders to support staffing needs and organizational changes
• Submit HR business transactions through ONEHR to support timely processing and reduce operational delays
• Support ongoing employee relations matters, including conducting and documenting investigations received from EEOC, local management, and/or Security
• Support and coordinate ADA accommodation requests through the interactive process
• Research and evaluate potential phase-ups related to salary increases for represented personnel, ensuring satisfactory work performance and appropriate progression
• Assist in aiding employees with their yearly goal objectives (adding to ONEHR and tracking for achievement for end of year results)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required. If hired on in the future, a degree will be required
