Work Environment

The role is primarily based onsite in our outpatient office, working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. The collaborative work setting includes a supportive team of physical therapists and physical therapy assistants who strive for excellence in patient service. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and address the physical therapy needs of each patient in a clinical setting.
• Deliver individualized treatment plans by utilizing a diverse array of evidence-based interventions.
• Achieve efficient patient management with a workload of one patient per hour to ensure quality and focused care.
• Implement comprehensive care plans designed to address the specific rehabilitation and mobility goals of each patient.
• Encourage proactive patient engagement by motivating individuals throughout their treatment journey.
• Regularly assess treatment efficacy and monitor patient progress to adjust plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient services provided to comply with industry standards and practice regulations.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to enhance comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Prestige Behavioral Wellness Center, we cater primarily to orthopedic patients seeking outpatient care. This diverse patient population includes individuals recovering from sports injuries, postoperative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Your role will focus on enhancing their functional capabilities, personalizing fitness programs, and promoting healthier lifestyle choices to ensure they achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid certification to practice as a Licensed Physical Therapist in Rochester, NY.
• A clean legal and professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated competence in manual therapy techniques and experience in developing tailored exercise regimens.
• Proficiency in navigating electronic medical record (EMR) systems, preferably with experience in WebPT.
• Background in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

Prestige Behavioral Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
