Preservan is currently seeking dedicated Epoxy Techs to join our team. No experience required, as comprehensive training is provided. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to preserve and restore homes with care and expertise. Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site evaluations of wood surfaces requiring repair
• Apply epoxy resin and other protective coatings using the latest techniques and equipment
• Repair damaged wood surfaces, including rot, decay, and other forms of deterioration
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with our clients, whom we fondly refer to as "neighbors," to ensure high-quality repairs and service.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to handle the physical demands of the job (standing, climbing ladders, lifting, working outdoors).

A background with painting, faux finishing, sculpting, construction, and carpentry are a plus.
