Premiere Provisions in Big Rapids, MI is looking for one general manager to join our 22 person strong team. We are located on 840 Clark st. Suite 1. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily business operations
• Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed
• Train managers and staff
• Check if all departments are completing work correctly
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Manage profit and loss figures

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
• Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
