About the Role: Premier Pursuit is helping a top‑ranked AmLaw 200 firm to recruit a Commercial Litigation Associate for its Miami office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and helping with discovery.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
• Engage directly with clients and participate in case management and strategic discussions.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar (or willing to sit for the Florida bar).
• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience, preferably from a peer firm.
