NOW HIRING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team!
Requirements:
- Must have your own truck or van
- Must have your own tools
- Must have a 30-foot (or taller) ladder
- Must be available to work 40+ hours per week, as needed
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
- Must not be afraid of heights, as some work is performed up to 30 feet high
Job Duties Include:
- Small electrical repairs
- Digging drain tiles
- Tree removal
- Minor masonry work
- Wood repair
- Gutter cleaning
- Painting
- Drywall repair and replacement
- Trash removal
- General property maintenance and other related duties
This is a hands-on position for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, and takes pride in quality work. Resumes will go directly to the owner. He will call candidates Monday Friday between the hours of 9AM 5:00PM. Good candidates will be eligible for the highest pay.
