About the Organization

At Premier Healthcare Services, we specialize in delivering high-quality mental health care through a patient-centered approach. Our mission is to support individuals in navigating life’s challenges, prioritizing holistic wellness, and promoting healthier lifestyles. With a culture rooted in collaboration and innovation, we strive to create an environment that fosters professional growth and encourages the sharing of best practices among our team members.

However, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive outpatient office structure, where communication and teamwork play essential roles. As an LMFT with Premier Healthcare Services, you will have access to advanced tools and technologies, enabling you to seamlessly conduct sessions and maintain comprehensive records of patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a positive, trusting rapport with each patient, ensuring that they feel comfortable and supported during therapy sessions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, working collaboratively with patients to understand their individual circumstances.
  • Create and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, continuously adapting these plans based on ongoing evaluations and patient feedback.
  • Hold regular counseling sessions with individuals and couples, focusing on therapeutic techniques that address their specific challenges and promote constructive change.
  • Monitor and document the progress of each patient, using evidence-based methodologies to assess their response to treatment.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by referring clients to specialized services or healthcare providers when necessary, ensuring comprehensive care.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to share insights and stay up-to-date on the latest industry practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including adults and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and co-occurring disorders. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through their healing journeys, helping them to address their mental health needs while promoting resilience and empowerment.

Qualifications
  • A valid LMFT license is required.
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in individual and family counseling is essential.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders is a significant asset.
  • Strong therapeutic skills with the ability to motivate clients and facilitate positive behavioral change.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and educational background. Employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Health insurance and wellness programs
