Premier Equipment Rentals is a proud part of the Premier Equipment family - serving Kitchener-Waterloo, Waterloo Region, Wellington County.

We are a rapidly growing equipment rental business specializing in Aerial/Construction equipment. Based in Elmira, we are expanding our footprint across Southern Ontario and are seeking top talent—high-performing, safety-driven professionals who take pride in exceptional workmanship and want to grow with a strong team.
- Maintain and repair company assets, including aerial fleet, telehandlers and construction equipment
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify root causes and implement effective repairs
- Restore equipment to proper working conditions in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines
- Complete accurate service and repair documentation
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and vehicle safety
- Follow and support scheduled maintenance programs
Core Requirements
- Dependable, professional, and consistently committed to safety
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers and coworkers
Experience, Education, Skills & Knowledge
- 10+ years of relevant mechanical experience (aerial equipment)
- Experience repairing scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers and construction equipment
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems
- Proven electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a continuous improvement mindset
- Factory training/certification: JCB, Genie, Skyjack, Haulotte

Placement within the wage range is based on skills, experience and qualifications.
Applicants with more or less experience and qualifications may be placed outside the salary range.
