Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to close deals.
Responsibilities
- Work with Account manager to prepare and deliver sales quotation
- Prepare and archive sales contract
- Prepare regular sales and pipe management reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce.com system
- Assist with account managers to follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns
- Good communication skills to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Work with operation team to ensure the completion of delivery
- Work with operation team to ensure the completion of Invoice
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 years+ working experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in the fitness industry is a plus
- English can be the working language
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in order inside sales, customer service, or a related role within a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP
