What You’ll Do

As Store Manager, you will lead all aspects of daily operations, including:

  • Driving sales and increasing car count
  • Building strong customer relationships
  • Leading and motivating technicians and advisors
  • Managing workflow and shop productivity
  • Coaching employees and developing talent
  • Recommending needed maintenance and repair services
  • Ensuring a professional, customer-focused experience
  • Monitoring profitability, labor, and operational performance
  • Maintaining high standards in quality, cleanliness, and execution

We are looking for someone who leads from the front, creates accountability, and takes pride in running a successful operation.

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of management, sales, or operations experience
  • Automotive industry experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive sales and team performance
  • Experience with diagnostics, repair, and maintenance services
  • ASE certification preferred
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • High School Diploma required; college experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Starting at $57,000+ annually
Additional earning potential through commissions and weekly profitability bonuses.
