BCBA – Hybrid Opportunity | Warren, MI

Precision Recruiting Agency is partnering with a growing ABA organization in Michigan that is preparing for continued expansion and opening additional locations in the near future. They are currently seeking a motivated and team-oriented BCBA to join their clinical team in Warren, MI.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $90,000–$105,000 based on experience
• Health, dental, and vision insurance
• Company covers 50% of insurance premiums
• 401(k) match after 1 year
• 15 days PTO
• Hybrid flexibility available after onboarding and tenure with the company
• Opportunity to work from home 2 days per week after establishing yourself within the organization

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and support to clinical staff and RBTs
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure quality standards are met
• Deliver high-quality clinical care while contributing positively to team culture
