Responsibilities
- Adhere to company safety protocols and participate in ongoing safety training
- Perform hands-on metal refinishing tasks including sanding, painting, and polishing
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment such as sanders, grinders, and polishers
- Prepare surfaces through cleaning, stripping, and masking techniques
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure high standards of finish
- Identify and solve problems encountered during refinishing projects
