Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of treatment plans as established by the supervising Physical Therapist, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.
  • Perform a variety of therapeutic exercises and interventions, including modalities and manual therapy techniques, to facilitate patient recovery.
  • Continuously monitor patients’ responses to treatments, documenting their progress and making recommendations for modifications as needed based on their medical status.
  • Provide education to patients about their physical therapy exercises and the proper use of therapeutic equipment, empowering them in their recovery process.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient care documentation, including billing information, and ensure all records are co-signed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Act as an essential link between patients and Physical Therapists, communicating concerns or significant developments in patient responses to treatment.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in physical therapy practices.
  • Fulfill other duties assigned by the Physical Therapist, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the department.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work with a diverse array of patients, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
