  • Assist with implementation planning, system configuration, testing, and validation.
  • Coordinate with clients, developers, brokers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
  • Help clients prepare for user acceptance testing and production go-live.
  • Provide system training and operational guidance to new clients.
  • Track implementation tasks, deadlines, risks, and outstanding issues.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the sales and implementation processes.
  • Support clients during implementation and post-go-live transition.
  • Identify opportunities to improve demonstrations, onboarding, training, and implementation procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least three years of professional Foreign-Trade Zone experience.
  • Working knowledge of FTZ operations and U.S. Customs and Border Protection requirements.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time.
  • Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple client implementations and competing priorities.
  • Comfortable learning, demonstrating, and supporting business software.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience implementing or using FTZ inventory control and recordkeeping software.
  • Knowledge of FTZ admissions, inventory movements, entry processing, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Experience conducting client presentations or software demonstrations.
  • Experience onboarding or training clients in a software environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP, warehouse management, customs brokerage, or inventory systems.
  • Experience working for an FTZ operator, user, consultant, broker, or software provider.

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, dependable, professional, and comfortable working directly with both prospective and existing clients.
