Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Fort Wayne, IN for a CNC Machinist. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines, performing precision machining tasks, conducting milling operations, and ensuring adherence to quality control measures. This role involves working with various machinery to produce components that meet precise specifications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machining
• Experience with Milling and machining processes
• Strong understanding of Quality Control procedures
• Ability to operate and maintain a variety of Machinery
• Attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or machining environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in machining is a plus
