Salary: $19.00/hour

Position Summary:

Preciball USA is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate(s) with forklift and reach truck experience. This role is critical to ensuring accurate order fulfillment & safe warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has strong warehouse knowledge, operates equipment safely, and is comfortable using basic computer systems.

Work Schedule A: Monday-Thursday- 7:30am - 6:00pm

Work Schedule B: Monday-Thursday- 7:30am - 4:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull freight orders from storage racking and coordinate with Quality team as needed
• Accurately enter and process orders in our ERP system
• Safely operate forklift and reach truck in a warehouse environment
• Verify all orders are properly packed, labeled, and completed per instructions
• Perform daily cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory
• Pack, strap, and wrap orders for shipment
• Load outbound shipments for freight pick-up
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and dock areas
• Crosstrain to support multiple roles within the Fulfillment department
• Follow all PPE and safety requirements
• Complete additional tasks as needed to support operations

Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse experience required
• Forklift and reach truck experience required
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
