We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Powersports Service Technician who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

As a core member of our technical team, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair a diverse lineup of premium powersports vehicles and personal watercraft (including ATVs, SxSs, PWCs, and outboards).

• Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize digital scan tools and a structured approach to solve complex electrical, EFI, and mechanical gremlins.
• Precision Mechanical Work: Perform everything from routine factory scheduled maintenance and CVT clutching calibration to complete engine rebuilds and top-tier accessory installations.
• System Inspections: Evaluate fluid quality (checking for water/mud intrusion), verify intake/airbox integrity, load-test electrical charging systems, and ensure absolute safety before a machine leaves the shop.
• Documentation & Accuracy: Clearly document diagnostic findings and required parts on repair orders to collaborate smoothly with Service Writers.
• TSB Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by reviewing Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) and recall updates to ensure repairs meet exact factory engineering specifications.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of professional mechanical experience at a powersports or marine dealership. Certification from major manufacturers (Mercury, Sea-Doo, Yamaha, CFMOTO, Polaris, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of 4-stroke/2-stroke internal combustion engines, modern electronic fuel injection (EFI), stator/regulator-rectifier charging systems, and CVT transmission setups.
• Professional Toolset: Own a comprehensive set of roll-away tools and standard diagnostic equipment.
• Work Ethic: A high level of efficiency, pride in clean work, a valid driver's license (motorcycle endorsement is a plus), and a clean driving record.
