Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute personalized physical therapy treatment plans in line with physician prescriptions, focusing on alleviating pain, preventing disability, and optimizing functional mobility.
• Assess each client's functional capabilities through detailed evaluations that include diagnostic testing of muscles, nerves, and joints.
• Oversee and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure adherence to care plans and the highest standards of care delivery.
• Administer targeted therapeutic exercises and facilitate patient engagement with non-manual exercises and activities.
• Implement hands-on techniques such as traction and massage, and utilize physical agents to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Review and modify rehabilitation plans based on ongoing client assessments and environmental evaluations to promote optimal independence.
• Document clinical records meticulously, including initial evaluations and progress notes, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, including the OASIS reporting.
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop holistic treatment strategies.
• Provide instruction to patients and families regarding the utilization of therapeutic devices and overall care strategies.
• Complete assessments and adjustments for orthotic and prosthetic devices, liaising with physicians for necessary modifications.
• Remain accessible during treatment sessions provided by Physical Therapy Assistants to offer guidance as needed.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as required to align with the company’s mission and goals.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Valid CPR certification and a current driver’s license with automobile insurance.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 - 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
