We are looking for an experienced licensed nurse (LPN or RN) in the Portland, OR area to support our team of Physician providers in the post-acute settings. This is a unique role where you will work directly with a physician in the local post acute facilities managing day to day medical tasks and practice management responsibilities. Patience, problem-solving, and good communication skills are important. If you are dedicated to advancing your knowledge and experience, we would like to meet with you to share our mission, vision, values for the post-acute industry. The job description includes:

  • Initiating, updating and maintaining patient records
  • Scheduling visits, appointments and referrals
  • Taking patient medical histories
  • Coordinating care and services with community partners
  • Assisting providers during exams and patient visits

Skills

  • Proven experience in a clinic, hospital, skilled nursing, ER or other setting
  • Knowledge of health and patient care regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel with physician within the local areas

Requirements

  • Valid nursing license in the state of Oregon
