Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans acting on evidence-based practices.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, using various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapies.
  • Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with other health professionals to design comprehensive care plans that address the holistic needs of each client.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and staying informed about the latest mental health research and techniques.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations, contributing to the overall positivity and effectiveness of our therapeutic environment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical or outpatient setting.
  • Strong understanding of legal, ethical, and clinical best practices in mental health.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies to document client interactions.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.
  • Experience implementing evidence-based practices and adapting them to client needs.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
