Positive Growth Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team on a full-time basis. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while providing critical mental health services. The telehealth model enables licensed professionals to reach clients who may have limited access to in-person therapy, thus expanding our service's reach and reinforcing the importance of mental health care in today’s fast-paced world.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client after conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in various formats, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Utilize a wide array of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, to address the diverse needs of clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care involving psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records compliant with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and quality documentation.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops, trainings, and staying informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges. Your role is crucial in fostering a supportive therapeutic environment that promotes healing and positive change.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.
• At least two years of relevant experience in counseling or therapy, preferably in a clinical setting.
• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport with diverse clients effectively.
• Proven ability to collaborate successfully with a team of healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related technologies for client documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization or significant experience in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse counseling, or trauma-informed therapy.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and best practices for conducting remote therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, contingent upon experience and caseload availability.
