Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups, utilizing telehealth technology to engage clients effectively.
• Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations, and develop personalized treatment strategies based on evidence-based practices.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.
• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to enhance patient outcomes and address complex cases.
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation, ensuring that records meet regulatory requirements and uphold ethical standards in care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in clinical social work, particularly in a therapeutic setting.
• Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for diverse mental health conditions.
• Strong commitment to providing ethical, compassionate, and inclusive care to all clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and an understanding of the nuances involved in virtual care delivery.
• Familiarity with community health resources and a network of support services to enhance client care.
• Training in trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based approaches, or cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
