Outpatient Physicians Needed

Legacy Health is recruiting outpatient physicians for our primary care clinics located in South Portland.

Providers in these clinics include physicians and advanced practitioners, all of whom have been a part of Legacy for several years. Our primary care providers are supported by designated MA's and care teams that can include panel coordinators, social workers, RN case managers, behavioral health clinicians, pharmacy techs and pharmacists.

Compensation and benefits include:

• $274k to $305k annually with two-year salary guarantee (1.00 FTE)
• Additional opportunities for productivity and quality incentives
• Opportunities for flexible FTE ranging from 0.60-1.00 FTE
• Flexible schedule with opportunities to work 3-4 days per week to provide flexibility
• $3,500 annual CME allowance, including 40 hours of CME

• Dedicated panel coordinator to assist with patient outreach and care gap closure. Assists with high-quality care for each patient on your panel
• Work in collaboration with a team of providers
• Opportunities in rural health clinics to qualify for special location stipend

Responsibilities

• As a physician, you are responsible for the patient throughout treatment.
• Reviewing clinical history, providing the physical examination, diagnosing and treating both chronic and episodic disorders.
• Work in collaboration with the team.
• Maintain own panel of patients and share call coverage for the clinic.

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Graduate of a four-year medical school or equivalent and completed internal or family medicine residency.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in internal or family medicine.

Licensure

• Current Oregon state medical license and DEA certificate.
• Unrestricted Oregon medical license.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
