Job Summary:

Popilush is looking for a creative and motivated Entry-Level Social Media Specialist to join our team! This role is perfect for recent graduates or those with minimal experience who are eager to grow their skills in social media marketing. You will help manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and interact with our online community to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Create and post content for Popilush’s and BRXL'S social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Quora, Pinterest, etc.), ensuring consistency with our brand voice and image.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages to maintain an active and positive online community.
• Develop content ideas based on U.S. holidays, promotions, and trending topics to boost engagement.
• Assist with creative planning for brand marketing and new product launches, helping to highlight key product features.
• Track and analyze social media performance, providing insights to improve engagement and effectiveness.
• Research competitor social media strategies and suggest improvements for our accounts.
• Help produce approximately 10 creative videos per month.
• Conduct occasional customer interviews to gather feedback on market trends and preferences.
• Assist in coordinating fitting sessions for sample garments with local customers.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required! We welcome applicants with 0-1 years of experience in social media, marketing, or related fields.
• Our Orlando team will capture professional photos and videos; this role requires proficiency in using Canva to edit content so that it aligns with social media aesthetics and trending topics.
• You also need to shoot some footage yourself using your phone to add variety to the account's content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Basic skills in copywriting, graphic design, and/or video editing are a plus.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze social media data and suggest improvements.
