The Position:
The Aquatics Manager position with British Swim School is responsible for conducting swim instruction with students, day-to-day operations of the aquatics program and customer service interactions. Your Typical Responsibilities:
- Teach and lead swimming lessons as needed.
- Interview, hire, onboard, and manage employees to maintain a smooth execution of daily aquatics and service operations.
- Creation of employee schedules, and pool lesson schedules.
- Address and document employee, customer, and pool incidents that occur.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a swimming instructor and teaching/management is preferred.
- 1+ years of customer service and/or management experience.
- Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid Certifications.
- Must know the four swimming stokes.
