Podhurst Associates, a leading Market Research firm, is seeking an Entry-Level Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments with potential clients and maintaining our database of leads. This is a full-time remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and appointments in our database
• Follow up with leads to ensure timely and effective communication
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and strategies
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting goals

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with CRM software and lead management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Previous experience in sales or appointment setting is a plus

Note: This position offers a salary range of $23-$33 per hour.
