    Job description

    We are actively seeking an individual to become the next General Manager at our College Station location. Depending on your qualifications, you may be eligible to become a General Manager immediately after completion of training!

    • The General Manager earns a base salary of $85,000. 
    • The General Manager earns a short-term monthly bonus as well as an annual long-term bonus. This bonus is based on store sales and profits that provide the opportunity to earn another $35,000-$45,000 per year. Tenured GMs can earn an additional $10,000-15,000 per year in additional long-term bonuses!
    • Our health insurance is among the best in the industry, and we cover 100% of health, dental, and vision for all of our managers. Our health benefits have an annual value of $6,400! 
    • Up to 20 days paid vacation/personal days off every year.

    We offer real opportunities for growth and advancement that are only limited by you: 

    • We are opening 20 new restaurants across Texas over the next four years. That means we will need 20 new General Managers and 120 new Assistant Managers. 
    • As we expand, we are also looking for individuals capable of developing into an Area Manager role within 2-5 years. Our Area Managers have the opportunity to earn $175,000-$400,000/year, depending on the number of restaurants they oversee. 
    • Before you can be eligible to become an Area Manager, you will first complete our 16-week training program, gain hands-on experience as an Assistant General Manager, then master the General Manager role. Our Assistant General Managers earn $85,000 on average with our top AGMs earning up to $100,000. The process of becoming an Area Manager takes 18 months at minimum.

    • Our 16-week Coach training program, known as Pluckers University, will teach you everything you need to know about our culture, expectations, and the Pluckers Way.
