About Us
Platr is Houston’s first halal meal prep storefront focused on chef-crafted, high-protein meals made with premium ingredients and no seed oils. We’ve built a strong community around health, convenience, and quality food — and we’re looking for someone energetic and friendly to join our front-of-house team.

We have a fun, fast-paced environment with a lot of repeat customers, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people and being part of a growing brand.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers as they walk in
• Assist customers with questions about meals, ingredients, and products
• Help explain the Platr concept and menu offerings
• Handle checkout/POS transactions
• Keep the front area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Assist with bagging and organizing delivery/pickup orders on Sundays
• Support the packaging/operations team during busy periods or as needed throughout shifts
• Help create a positive and welcoming customer experience

• Ability to multitask when needed
• Customer service or cashier experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule
Part-time or full-time available. Weekend availability preferred, especially Sundays.

Pay
Based on experience.
