- Respond to guest complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
- Develop strategies for improving our guests' dining experience
- Develop strategies for minimizing waste and lowering food costs
- Develop strategies for driving sales growth and volume in the restaurant and FunZone (where applicable)
- Ensure that the restaurant follows all Pizza Ranch standards every shift
Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:
- High school diploma or GED, College Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of Restaurant Management experience
- Proven record of management, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for leading and developing people
- Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize multiple situations
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during the entire shift
