Our Iowa City location is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Outside Sales Coordinator to help grow our community presence, lead event-based sales efforts, and drive revenue through strategic outreach and relationship building.
Position Summary:
The Outside Sales Coordinator is responsible for driving catering and group sales, managing a sales and event team, coordinating inventory related to outside events, and ensuring we hit key sales goals. This role requires a high level of communication, organization, and a passion for connecting with the community.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate outside sales efforts, including catering orders, community partnerships, and special events
  • Recruit, manage, and support a team of event staff
  • Maintain accurate inventory for off-site events and sales-related items
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and growth metrics
  • Develop strong relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations
  • Represent Pizza Ranch at community events and ensure successful execution
  • Collaborate with the Iowa City Pizza Ranch leadership team on strategy and planning
  • Maintain records of sales performance, customer outreach, and team schedules

Schedule & Availability:
  • Flexible hours with a combination of in-store and off-site responsibilities
  • Must be available for all major events (community events, catering pickups, fundraisers, etc.)

  • Previous sales, marketing, or event coordination experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
