Job Title: QuickBooks Data Entry Clerk (Remote/On-site)

We need a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to help manage our financial records using QuickBooks. You will accurately input daily transactions, update ledgers, and maintain clean digital records. [1, 2]

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Entry: Input customer invoices, vendor bills, receipts, and expense logs daily into QuickBooks.
• Data Verification: Check financial figures against source documents to prevent errors.
• Account Support: Assist with basic bank feeds, categorizing transactions, and routine account checks.

Requirements & Skills

• Software Proficiency: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using QuickBooks or QuickBooks Online.
