What You'll Be Doing: Lead commercial HVAC installations - equipment, ductwork, fittings, grills, etc. Ensure safety first on every project Layout and connect electrical wiring for HVAC systems Perform system startups and confirm proper operation Determine time, material, and workforce needs for assigned projects Build positive relationships with team members, contractors, vendors, and managers Accurately read and interpret blueprints, codes, and specifications Mentor team members and assist with other trades as needed Qualifications: 5+ years of HVAC installation experience EPA Universal Certification (preferred) EPA Refrigerant Type 1 and 2 (minimum) OSHA 10 (preferred) Ability to independently install commercial HVAC equipment Thorough knowledge of HVAC systems and codes Strong leadership and mentoring skills Must pass drug screen, background check, physical, and MVR Physical & Workplace Requirements: Punctual and reliable with strong work ethic Ability to work 10-hour days + overtime as needed Comfortable working in all weather conditions (indoor/outdoor) Ability to lift/carry up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks (crawling, kneeling, bending, overhead work) About the Opportunity: We are a leading provider of HVACR, electrical, and plumbing services in the region with a reputation for quality work and dedicated service.
