Entry Level Accounting Office Agent Hawthorne, CA 90250 - Full Time - Training - Monday - Friday

Job Requirements

Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member Take and distribute accurate messages Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required Fax, scan, copy documents Maintaining records of assets and liabilities Assisting in balancing sheets and income statements Preparing regular reports Assisting with other accounting related duties Self Control Job requires maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in very difficult situations. Attention to Detail Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks. Integrity Job requires being honest and ethical. Stress Tolerance Job requires accepting criticism and dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations.
