Sebring, Florida, is a delightful city nestled in Highlands County. Known for its serene beauty and relaxed atmosphere, Sebring offers a charming escape from the bustling urban life. Compensation & Schedule:

  • 15/16 days per month (183 shifts/year): Total Compensation $300k+

  • Option to pick up additional shifts for extra income

  • RVU and quality incentives, paid monthly with a 60-day delay

Benefits:

  • Malpractice coverage with tail assistance

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a daytime patient census of 18–22 patients on average

  • Work alongside an APP who assists with daily admissions

  • No procedures or codes required

  • Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and patient management

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

  • Hospitalist experience preferred but not required
