Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate propane-powered forklifts to efficiently move, stack, and load materials in a fast-paced environment. If you thrive in a hands-on role and prioritize workplace safety, this position is perfect for you.
Responsibilities
  • Operate propane-powered forklifts to transport materials safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload goods from trucks, pallets, and shelves.
  • Inspect forklifts daily to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs.
  • Organize and stack products in designated areas to optimize space utilization.
  • Follow company safety standards and procedures at all times.
  • Assist with inventory management and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping schedules.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven experience as a forklift operator; propane forklift experience is a plus.
  • Valid forklift certification/license.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and equipment maintenance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
