Job description
Pinnacle Career Coaching seeks a hands-on Chief Compliance Officer to build a comprehensive compliance program for a fast-growing RIA. You will work with the executive team and external consultants to ensure SEC compliance and regulatory readiness.
You will lead risk assessments, oversee Form ADV filings, and manage AML/KYC, privacy, cybersecurity, and ethics frameworks, while coordinating with regulators and the board.
