Pinnacle Baking Inc. in Belton, Texas, is hiring an enthusiastic group of employees to join our commercial bakery. We offer a variety of positions, including Mixers, Production Line Techs, Bakers, Line Supervisors, and Warehouse Personnel.

Some key responsibilities include:

Production Line Techs — Assemble/roll kolaches on the production line, place them on trays, and load the trays onto racks for proofing and baking.

Mixers — Weigh, measure, and dispense ingredients precisely; operate industrial mixers to blend doughs and batters to the correct consistency; monitor and adjust to ensure uniform quality in large batches; perform basic quality checks.

Bakers — Bake and finish large volumes of breads, cakes, cookies, and other products to high standards; maintain attention to detail, good time management, knowledge of baking techniques, oven operation, sanitation, and teamwork to deliver consistent, high-quality products.
