What You'll D

o· Lead HR transformation initiatives for mid-to-large organizations

.· Deliver strategic recommendations that help organizations become more agile, efficient, and future-ready

What We're Looking F

or· Bachelor’s degree (business, information systems, HR management, organizational psychology or similar). Advanced degree preferre

d.· 8+ years of external HR transformation consulting experien

ce· Experience leading large-scale HR transformation or organizational change initiativ

es· Strong knowledge of HR strategy, operating models, organizational effectiveness, and HR technolo

gy· Experience with platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise HR technologi
