 Pink Bone Grooming is Hiring an Experienced Groomer

We’re a small, growing grooming salon in Palm Harbor looking for an experienced groomer to join our team long-term.

We are not an assembly-line salon. We believe in quality over quantity — the quality of the groom, safety, and the dog’s comfort are more important than simply doing as many dogs as possible. We won’t push you to take more dogs than you can comfortably and safely handle.

• Separate bathing and drying area
• Separate kitchen and break area
• A grooming assistant/bather works several days a week at no deduction from your commission. They help with some baths and with larger or more difficult dogs. As the salon continues to grow, we plan to expand this support to more working days.

We’re not a large corporate chain. The owner is always close by, listens to the team, and does her best to be flexible and supportive.

We’re open 7 days a week, so we can choose a schedule that works well for both you and the salon. At first, we may start with a few days per week while we build your client schedule, with the goal of gradually growing into a stable schedule of up to 5 days per week.

We’re looking for experienced groomers who can work independently.
